1. SERVICE DETAILS

Service Description:
VVO Private Bartender Service will provide a cocktail mixing experience at the client’s event.

- Alcohol will be supplied by the client.
- VVO will provide all equipment necessary, maintain a clean bartending area, and confirm a set cocktail menu with the client prior to the event.
- The client agrees to a set service time prior to the event.
- If the client wishes to extend the time of service during the event there will be an additional 250$ an hour fee for extended service hours.

2. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL (RSA)

- All bartenders representing VVO Private Bartender Service hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- The bartender reserves the right to refuse mixing drinks for any person who is intoxicated, underage, or acting in an unsafe manner.
- The client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to ensure all guests consuming alcohol are over 18 years of age.

3. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

- The client acknowledges that VVO Private Bartender Service and its staff are not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the actions, behavior, or intoxication of guests during or after the event.
- The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless VVO Private Bartender Service, its employees, and agents against any and all claims, damages, expenses, or legal costs resulting from incidents related to the event.
- The bartender may cease service or leave the premises if the event becomes unsafe, non-compliant with RSA standards, or poses a risk to staff safety.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

- Payment is due 7 days prior to the event date.
- All payments are non-refundable, including deposits or prepayments, regardless of cancellation reason.
- Service will not proceed unless full payment is received by the due date.

- If the client requests any additional hours of service or mixing of drinks incurring an extra cost, this payment must be made within 5 days of the event taking place.

- Any extra parking fees VVO incur for the event must be paid in full by the client within 5 days of the event taking place.

5. EQUIPMENT, GLASSWARE & PROPERTY

- All glassware and bar equipment supplied by VVO remain the property of VVO Private Bartender Service including alcohol supplied by client.
- The client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment or glassware during the event.
- Replacement or repair costs may be charged to the client after the event.

6. PUBLIC LIABILITY & INSURANCE

- VVO Private Bartender Service maintains public liability coverage appropriate for private event bartending services.
- This coverage does not extend to injuries or damages caused by guests, venue conditions, or consumption of alcohol supplied by the client.

7. PHOTO & MEDIA CONSENT

- The client grants VVO Private Bartender Service permission to take and use photos or videos of the event setup, cocktails, or service for marketing and social media purposes.

8. HEALTH & SAFETY COMPLIANCE

- The client agrees to provide a safe and suitable workspace for bartenders, including adequate lighting, access to power and water, and protection from hazards.
- VVO staff may pause or terminate service if conditions are unsafe or non-compliant with health or safety standards.

9. AGREEMENT & SIGNATURES

By paying an invoice, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this compliance and service agreement. The client understands their obligations under relevant alcohol service laws and accepts all conditions stated above.
